Shanice Thibedeau

I enjoy writing, and I love horses. I hope to have a ranch one day soon.
I enjoy writing poetry, but I do love writing novels as well.
Fantasy is easiest for me, or Sci/Fi  and mysteries, but I like them all.

I have a Daughter and two Sons.

These are my children below with their spouses.

>This section is under construction, I will complete it at a later date.>

I enjoy windsurfing. This next picture, is of one of my grandchildren (Rachel.)
She used to stand on the front of my board with her eyes closed while
I scooted across the lake at about 30 miles an hour.

I am pretty active, only because I can't sit still for any
length of time. :)
I like caving, scuba diving, I like to quilt though I quilt
with my sewing machine not by hand, ohhhh noooo, can’t sew that slow. :)
I like horseback-riding. Actually I love animals of all kinds.

This is one of our horseback-riding trips. One picture of my boys and a picture of the horses
all of us took out that day. I took my two boys and four of my grandchildren out for a trail-ride.

I got the opportunity to go to Portland Or. to visit

Keiko aka Free Willy.

A friend of mine,Pam Neff, was working at the aquarium that was houseing Free Willy. She asked if I would like
to come down below to observe Free Willy from underneath where they kept him under close observation.
I of course, said yes. Well,Free Willy, for one reason or another, would not leave
my site at the observation window. So the trainer asked me to come up on top where
Free Willy could interact with me to see what he would do and why he was so interested in me.

We went up top and Free Willy came right over to me, letting me touch him, he also
rolled over and let me rub his tummy.
The trainer, (Karen) said he didn't let people
touch him like that.
She said that even the trainers had to order him by hand jesters to roll over exposing his stomach like that.
Karen said that was amazing and that he must really trust me.
They let me come back several times to visit Free Willy
before he was sent to the north and set free and where he eventually died.
I loved that wale, it was an exciting 7 or 8 visits for me and I felt very privileged.
I thank Pam Neff, for inviting me to Portland to visit Free Willy and I also thank Karen,
for allowing me to interact with--Free Willy it was awsome

I didn't like the picture of me at the time in this picture of Free Willy turning over.
I cut most of myself out of that picture, but I will find the original picture and
replace this one. The second picture is of me and Free Willy and a little of Karen,
but she is cut out of the picture almost anyway.

This next picture, is of me repelling down a rope in the Moaning Caves here in CA.
It is 168 feet to the bottom. It was really exciting but a little
scary as well. But I went back and did it again with my niece and nephew,Stormy and Mike

I love working with wood. This next picture, is of a cabnet that I built for my Mother.
I built it when I was 22 years old. It stands eight ft. wide by eight ft. high

These pictures are of me and my children at about the same age, of course, we are all a lot older now,
even their children are grown. LOL

I thought my children and grandchildren would get a kick out of these pictures. Shanice*

Me and Raymond at the age of about 5
These are our first school pictures.

Me and my daughter at about 2 years old.
The one on the left is me and of course the other is of my daughter

This is a picture of one of my grandchildren when she was a baby
She is on the right and I am on the left.

Bob And Robin, his first love, at 10 years old.

This was my baby. Her name is Xena. She is one of the sweetest dogs in the world.
And the picture of the pupies and the squirral was so cute that I just had to display it.

I would really love to hear from you, so please e-mail me.
